Mrs. Diaz and Mrs. Rivero have united to form CMS Property Management Inc. to provide state of the art property management services. The officers of CMS serve our clients exclusive personal services with management services, leasing services, administrative, and supervision of property maintenance, inspections, and record keeping of financial and corporate books including financial management services.

Mrs. Rivero is our Real Estate/Corporate Specialist with 26 years of experience in the real estate industry she has assisted Foreign and Domestic clients with all their purchasing/selling/renting needs. She has vast knowledge of processing all real estate residential and commercial transactions from inception to closing. As a property manager she will help investment property homeowners in preserving and increasing the value of their real estate investments. She manages the day-to-day financial operations of the property, including locating and placing qualified tenants. She develops rental agreements, collects deposits and rental payments, enforces terms of rental agreements, resolves tenant complaints, and oversees eviction proceedings if necessary. She schedules maintenance and repairs, negotiates contracts with vendors, regularly inspects property to ensure it is in good working order and rapidly resolves emergency maintenance issues.
